Survey on the EU companies’ needs for the staff training

The aim of this survey is to gather the EU companies’ impressions regarding the long term training like the Executive Training Programme (ETP).

This on-line consultation aims to identify the specific needs and requirements of the EU companies with regard to the specialised long-term training, the expectations from such initiatives and willingness to send the key members of the staff on the long-term training programme. This questionnaire will allow the European Commission to further improve the ETP and align it with the expectations of the companies in a continuously changing economic environment.
